Services We Offer:
A physiology test assesses your fitness, and can be done both
You receive feedback about your strengths and area for you to work on. Finding out what might be limiting your progress means you can then tailor your training for a triathlon to ensure you achieve your goals.
We offer diet analysis and consultations. Nutrition plays a key role in any event lasting longer than 1 – 1.5 hours. If you are training for an Ironman event then the significance of getting your nutrition and hydration strategies right is even higher. Good nutrition allows you to get the most out of each training session, both during the session itself and your recovery.
